Last about a 1 year then you’ll end up buying another.

Blades dont last
Worked great out of the box but the blade quickly dulls and now very difficult to get it to open a can. Not worth buying.

It is very easy to use. I have arthritis in my hands and can't work the manual ones.

Love it!
Super easy-to-use especially as my hands progressively get worse and worse. This thing is a godsend. I'm so grateful that they made this so people like me aren't completely helpless and dependent on others. It works great oh, I use it on every kind of can and it's super simple to use. It was the best gift that I got for Christmas this year!

I loved it at first...
after a few months another one stopped working. This is the 2nd one I have purchased and all the sudden, it turns itself on and keeps running until you touch the button on top to make it stop. Not in love with it anymore...

2nd one after wearing one out
I bought the first one for my wife for Christmas. She didn't appreciate it much until it became her favorite can opener ever. After 5 or 6 years it finally gave out and she demanded I get her and our daughter each one. So here we are reviewing the worst Christmas gift ever :-)

Short term use, great! Long term, forget!
This opener, right out of the box is great. It's easy to use and leaves a nice clean cut.The problem is after about 5-6 months the blade becomes dull and the can opener is now useless. The price seems reasonable so I purchase another one and I am good for another 6 months. Perhaps I am foolish for buying again but I am guessing that other brands might be the same. So if you are looking for longevity forget this opener.

Don't Buy - Doesn't Work
I have arthritic hands and bought this to help me open up cans. I don't use that many cans, but when I do, I must find someone to open them for me. I thought opener would be the thing that would help me. I ordered this, and then it was a bit before I could actually try it out. By that time, when I found that it doesn't work at all, it was too late to return. I cannot get my money back, but I can help you the reader, not make the same mistake I did.
