As a nurse, I thought the only cure for a cold was 7-10 days. Wrong! This is it. I bought this to have on hand and didn't take it until my cold was full blown which was day 2 after symptoms stated. I don't know why, but I was kind of scared to take it because of all the warnings about the burning in the throat. I started out taking one drop in a tablespoon of coconut oil twice a day, then increased to 2 drops twice a day. OMG, within minutes after I took the first dose, my head congestion was significantly decreased and I could breathe out of my nose again. By end of the third day of taking this, my cold was gone. Normally, it takes me a couple of weeks to get over a cold if I'm lucky because more often than not, what starts as a cold ends up becoming bronchitis. This means a trip to the Dr. for steroids. I don't take pharmaceutical antibiotics. So if you are hesitant about the purchase, don't be. If you get colds, or have COPD and get bronchitis frequently, this is a miracle worker. The best part is that its natural and it WORKS!

I honestly have not gotten sick one time since I started taking this oil well over a year ago. I mean, not even so much as a cough. It is VERY potent both in strength and in smell. If you spill it it's not exactly one of those scents that just vanishes quickly into thin air. I buy vegetarian capsules and take one each morning. It can be a little intense at first and especially on an empty stomach. So if you have a weak stomach I wouldn't suggest taking it on its own first thing in the morning. Also, drink enough water to get the capsule all the way down your tract because if you have vegan/veggies capsules like I do. Mine literally start to dissolve right away and this oil will burn the living hell out of your throat and you may end up traumatized for life. Not that I learned the hard way or anything, lol.Well worth the money.

It is potent! My son was experiencing flu symptoms....I gave him a drop in some OJ and his symptoms were gone within an hour. After administering 1 drop for 4 days, he was fine. However, if you are anemic and plan on ingesting this, make sure you are getting your iron in! I learned the hard way. I guess Oil of Oregano can interfere with iron absorption. Other than that, it is a quality product.

There is nothing I dislike. I just started taking this oil on Sunday and I know it is very potent so I am very hopeful it will work on the issues I have. The packaging was great and directions that come with it are very thorough. Teena with customer service was great!!

I use this every day! Hopefully it will keep me from being sick this winter. I put it in a rollerball tube and apply it to my feet daily.

I purchased this product because I have been searching for a very high quality oregano oil . My family and I use this as an antibiotic for emergencies.
