I have very sensitive skin. My skin type is also dry/oily combination. I love this face wash. I've used it for two years now, every two-four days. My pore size has been reduced greatly. I've struggled with adult acne for years, large pores, and blackheads. This leaves my skin feeling refreshed and smooth.After every face cleansing product I use, I moisturize with face lotion over night because using any cleaning product it will strip the natural oils of your face. Then, I use acne spot treatment ointment on acne spots when going to bed. So make sure to check with your dermatologist what is best for you, because it doesn't work for everyone. We're all different, so it's best to seek out info on what routine would be best and if this product would help for your skin type/needs.

I absolutely loved this product and have used it for many, many years. It is the only product that doesn't break out my face. Because it has been so hard to get, I often order six at a time. I see it has been discontinued and unless you want to pay $46 on Ebay, it's just not available. I don't care for the similar hydraboost product or any of the other face cleansers. Breaking out already. Ugh! I wish they would consider bringing it back which they probably won't. I guess I'll just be looking for another brand.

I have been using Neutrogena Pore Refining Face scrub for years. It leaves my skin smooth and clean. I am now 56 and my skin looks amazing. Both of my sons use this product too and the eldest has converted his girlfriend from expensive luxury face products to Neutrogena. The granules in the scrub never scratch your skin like other scrubs. Your face feels clean without drying it out. I’ll use this product til the day I die. I’ve tried other expensive scrubs and always come back to my Neutrogena scrub.

This stuff is my tried & true and an absolute life saver for my face. I used this cleanser repeatedely in the past and on one trip to the store to restock found they didn't carry it at all. On a whim I picked up another product as a cheap substitute and it totally destroyed my cheeks. I NEVER break out on my cheeks. Just didn't happen. It left me with red, itchy, deep pimples that I could never get to pop and suffered through it for months. Finally caved and bought this 3 pack to see if it would fix my problem and yes...it did. This cleanser along with the matching moisturizer have healed my bothersome breakouts in less than a week of use. I sincerely hope it never gets discontinued by Neutrogena. Definitely worth the money getting the 3 pack. Love it!

I’ve been using this product for about 20 years. It does a much better job of cleaning my skin than other products. It’s sometimes hard to find in the stores in my area so if had to use other products. I can feel the difference. I don’t know if it really refined my pores but I think I have nice looking skin for a woman over 50.I don’t smell any fragrance, which for me is a very good thing. It’s a little pricy but well worth it.

I wished this was still available at a reasonable price

During my teen years when my acne was rampant, the most popular tool was salicylic acid.Unfortunately, salicylic acid would always do more damage than good. When I found this wash and started learning about glycolic acids, it was my holy grail.Not only did it help with acne, but it also improved the look of scarring that had occurred from breakouts that came and left with a vengeance.Glad that I can find it online still, but sad that it has been discontinued, hoping to find another remedy for my non-teen skin that will work as well as this wash. Fingers crossed.

I have used this face wash for years and years, it makes my skin feel so clean and smooth. I purchased on Amazon because I haven't been able to find it in any stores since late last year and have had to resort to using other face washes, including other Neutrogena washes. Anything else has left my skin looking toneless and uneven, broken out and rough. Now that I have found my #1 I am working on getting my skin cleared up and back to normal. And the price wasn't bad either, 3 bottles for about $23 compared to about $8 per bottle in the stores makes it worth the wait for it to be shipped.
