Ashwagandha Capsules Withania Somnifera, 8% Withanoloids from India, Potent, Organic & Natural Pills 400mg Each

I take this at night after my Perika SJW and it takes me to sleep-town without the herb-based hangover of l-theanine (not hatin on you, theanine). Some said it's too strong, and that could be. I'm 190lbs and even for me it's at the limit, but everybody is different. There's no doubt this is the real deal, that's for sure.

This works and it is he only Ashwagandha that I have found that has 8% withanoloids which is why it works so well. Will continue to use.
