Extremely Unhappy
I purchased four orders of 4 plants each on Amazon of these Bonnie brand herbs. A 4-pack of Chamomile, a 4-pack of Rosemary, a 4-pack of German Thyme and a 4-pack of Sage, so 16 plants. The Sage and Rosemary were packaged together in one box, and when I first opened them they looked very good despite some very wet soil. Then I opened the other two boxes: the Thyme and Chamomile plants were a disaster. They had been so heavily "watered" that I just put the word 'watered' in quotes because it's more accurate to say they were flooded or had been left submerged in water; seriously. Dripping mud, I had to hurry to bring them over my bathtub as I unpacked them. Only a little soil in each because it was so wet that most of the soil had slid out of the pots. The Chamomile was completely destroyed. Sopping wet, black, almost non-existent because the plants were not only small, but fragile and so the heavy water just crushed them. I couldn't even carefully touch them without them falling apart in my fingers. The Thyme was more upright and than the Chamomile, however three of the four plants appeared stiff and gray, basically dead with only a couple hints of green. The fourth Thyme was 'iffy' and I thought it might survive. I put all 16 plants in the bathtub to drain and put two grow lights over them and let them rest overnight. The next day the Chamomile was still a matted wet mess and the last Thyme was now clearly dead and collapsed. At this point (24hrs from arrival) I put a fan in the bathroom with them and loosened and even removed some of the plants from the pots, because they were all going to die from being so wet. Needless to say this made a huge mess and in doing this I also realized there was very little rooting to save. So I emailed the email address on the enclosed card that said to "contact them immediately with photos of any damage". So I did just that and took as many photos as I could attach at once to show the condition. I told them that the Rosemary and Sage looked good, but that the Chamomile and Thyme were all destroyed. I attached numerous photos, my name and address and also enclosed my order numbers for all four orders. The replies from customer service was very strange. I think it's definitely an out-of-country email staff. I wouldn't normally have a problem with this, but I began to get concerned when they wrote back asking for a copy of my "receipt" even though I just gave them my order numbers (cut and pasted). So I sent a copy of my Amazon invoice and even circled the damaged plants in red. They wrote back again saying they would still need more information, such as my address (which I had already included in my initial inquiry) and then they wanted my phone number "to confirm my account" as well as "any emails I have proving my order". Amazon doesn't even have my phone number so I actually got a little nervous and double checked the email address because something felt very "off". They emailed again and said they "didn't have access to Amazon's database" which was why he needed this info, etc. Like I said, it was just strange. And annoying, because every time I gave him what he asked for he would write back and say "Great, now we just need one more piece of information", so it took a handful of emails before he finally said he would send me replacements. I replied by asking for shipping/tracking information on the replacement so I could be ready to bring them inside immediately upon arrival but he never replied to me again. Instead I received an automated reply asking me to 'rate the service'. The very next day, so only 48 hours from initial arrival, I woke up to find 3 out of 4 of the Rosemary dead. Like suddenly, just dead. I'm assuming the damage from the cold and wetness was delayed with the Rosemary because it's a more woody, hardy plant as compared to the Chamomile and Thyme, but now the Rosemary are all dead except for one. I was angry with myself for telling them the Rosemary and Sage were in good shape and wished I had waited a couple of days before contacting them. So I decided to cut my losses on the Rosemary and just wait for my other replacements because I didn't want to go through that email hassle all over again. Over the next few days I tried my best to save the remaining plants with proper temps, grow lights, aeration, etc but they are beyond hope. Then yesterday I received a notice from FedEx saying they missed me and would try again to deliver a package. My first order came via UPS so I was annoyed because I know when to expect FedEx and could have made sure to be home if Bonnie Customer Service had just replied with any tracking or shipping info like I asked for. So finally today I received my replacements. I was supposed to receive 8 new plants, 4 Chamomile and 4 Thyme, but instead they only sent a single 4 pack of 2 Thyme and 2 Chamomile. So they only replaced half my order despite a RIDICULOUS amount of email exchanges clarifying every possible detail of my order. He even put the replacements that would be sent to me in bold font to confirm and then they still messed it up. As for the replacements: one Chamomile is yellowing, the other looks good. The Thyme plants look okay, so far. But again, I should have 8 replacements and only got 4. As of this writing less than 7 days from arrival, all the original Thyme I received on Monday are dead. All the Chamomile are destroyed and dead. All but one Rosemary are now dead. And the Sage looked great all week until today when I noticed they are all wilted despite the damp soil. I can't water them obviously, so I think they were all damaged from the wetness pre-shipment and then the coldness in transit and took anywhere from 1-6 days for the damage to kick in and collapse the plant cell walls with the hardiest ones collapsing last. I expect the Sage is going to die now too. So: of my four orders of 16 plants, I am left with a solitary Rosemary plant. The verdict is still out on the 4 replacements except to say that it should have been 8 replacements. I am not going to contact them again because it's not worth the absurd 'back and forth' emails asking for more and more of my personal details, what's next, my bank routing # and Social? Yes, I'm mad. This was a massive waste of money and time (and thyme!) and I'm left with a couple of small plants, a muddy bathtub full of lights and fans plugged into extension cords in a desperate effort to save my investment, and then I was even short-changed on my replacements despite all the info I provided clearly showing the number of plants in the order. So do I recommend Bonnie plants? No I don't. They don't even seem to know they sell plants on Amazon based on his confusion about my order number. Oh, one last thing: The very same day I ordered the 16 Bonnie herb plants, I also ordered a 6 pack of miscellaneous/random herbs from another company here on Amazon by a brand/company called "The Three Company Store". That order contained: German Thyme, Rosemary, Parsley, Mint, Lemon Balm and Lavendar. They arrived on the same exact day in the same exact UPS truck and were all brought in and unpacked by me at the same time as the Bonnie plants. Every single one of those 6 plants are alive and well and are doing fine. And their enclosed card says a portion of their proceeds support an Anxiety & Depression organization. So save yourself the depression and anxiety you'll get from dealing with 'Bonnie' brand, and go buy from The Three Company instead and support others who are suffering with mental health issues. AND receive plants that arrive alive and bring you the joy of giving and receiving instead of frustration and disappointment.

Large and healthy
Beautiful large healthy plants. I was thinking low temps would kill plants in delivery but they are green and harty. Very pleased.

A little disappointed...
This plant made its way to me pretty quickly, but unfortunately, died just as quickly! Only one of the plants made it, but only a short time later it died, too.
