Perfect weight and portability. Easy to assemble and disassemble. And it won’t take up so much space for storage when not in use. The modern design looks good. My puppy felt safe in it during our travels.

Absolutely love our new Kindtail Pawd Crate. My new puppy likes it so much that he will go inside on his own to rest and relax. My adult dog has been using the Pawd crate since it came on the market. I love that it’s easy to set up and put away. Since we like to travel with our dogs, the portability has been great. The best thing about the crate is that it’s plastic so it’s easy to clean when there are accidents inside. Highly recommend.

Liked the look, but please be warned: the provided cushion is easily ripped apart and there is this strange solid ‘bark like’ material in it. We came home to a complete mess, but it wasn’t poop! It was all from the cushion. I have no idea if it’s toxic- very disappointed.

Researched many different websites before deciding on this travel home for my 6-pound toy poodle. I was looking for something that fit into a suitcase when flying cross country. For other dogs I have used the Midwest metal crates. They worked well and assembled easily, but the suitcases were always opened by security (enclosed notice provided at inspection). I was hoping this much more expensive home would work as well. It took me close to one hour to complete the assembly correctly. The corners had to be balanced in at a specific angle and order to slip the pieces together. It is sturdy once assembled. I have 6 weeks until I need to travel. I plan to disassemble and reassemble it weekly until it is "worn in"

Our miniature dachshund Ponyo LOVES her Kindtail crate and bed. We’ve had it since we brought her home last year, and she cannot sleep without her bed. She is full grown now, and still fits perfectly in the smaller crate. We are going glamping this year, and is glad that the crate is easily collapsible and light weight so we could bring it along. We also love the look of it and how nicely it goes with the aesthetics of our home. Would definitely recommend!

Disappointed in this product. Was very excited to finally find a good looking dog crate that wasn’t harsh metal. It came in nice packing and overall has a nice look and was decently easy to assemble. However, the plastic is thin and flimsy. The process of opening and closing the door is not smooth at all, which is the main reason I will be returning. The quality of this product nowhere near matches the price. The product has potential but really needs either some fine tuning or a price reduction.

I wanted to give this five stars because it’s an awesome product. But since I received it missing 2 clips and it took a week to get those I wasn’t able to use it when I needed it. But the items very well made, lightweight, perfect size for traveling, and I feel my puppy is safe in it. If quality control was better then I would have been able to use for what I had planned and given it a 5 star review. We’ll see how it goes next trip and I’ll update.Update: we used on a trip and it was great to have. My puppies instantly took to it and feels safe when he’s in there during storms. The company reached out and apologized for the mishap and provided me with a refund. I appreciate that they read these and try to make things better. I’m updating from the 3 to 5 stars for customer service and follow up. Also because it’s a great travel crate.

It’s a great crate. Only complaint is it doesn’t close smoothly. It requires some adjustment to prevent noise when locking.
