This was recommended to me by a friend for the clean ingredients in the product. I absolutely love it!The scent is fresh and clean, but subtle. My hair was so much more manageable after just one use and also looked much healthier, even more so than when using other expensive shampoos. Pros, smells good and on the right track with some of the ingredients, nice packaging.Cons, too expensive for how long it last since it doesn’t lather. The no lather part is fine, more product just needs to be included or the price brought down.Causes clogged pores/blackheads, I believe this is probably from the first ingredient being coconut oil which is very comedogenic.Customer service seems lacking, haven’t heard back from them.

I first discovered Jack Henry products while staying with my niece while on vacation in California. I was immediately drawn to the products because of the simple, natural and botanical ingredients. I recently found Jack Henry products on Amazon and am so excited to add to my collection! I love the products! made in USA and without unnecessary chemical additives!!

My husband loves the clean ingredients and light scent, however he said this did not lather up at all. Because of this he had to use a bunch of product and it did not last long especially for the price.

This shampoo is free of just about everything we try to avoid with conventional shampoos, aluminum, parabens phthalates, pegs, sulfates, silicones, plastics, alcohols, endocrine disruptors, gluten, glycols, mineral oils, synthetics, and no animal testing, YEA! Directions suggest using a quarter sized amount of the product to wet hair and then massage in as usual. My hair is very thick and long and I needed a lot more than that to be able to apply the product to my hair properly. The description says that the fragrance is coconut, but I think it is far more flowery than tropical coconut would be. The fragrance does not last long on your hair after washing which I prefer. If I had short hair I could justify the cost since it would last a long time, but for me I will get probably 8-10 uses out of this and this bottle would barely last me a month
