Good, not great...
I bought these primarily to use to make breakfast sandwiches. I often use English Muffins and would make my own scrambled egg patty to put on top, but this looked A LOT easier. The good-The size is great. Larger than an English Muffin, but not by much; not too small that it leaves a bunch of excess bread if putting between toast or somethingSilicone has worked well in being non-stick, and easy to cleanThe bad-As with other similar products, and as others have called out on this one, the egg will seep underneath. And no, this isn't only an issue with 'curved bottom' pans. I have used on flat griddles and multiple pans, and its an issue no matter. For me, I get around this by using mid-heat, and using a few fingers from one hand to push the ring down to keep contact. I keep this up for a good 30 seconds, and then its pretty well solidifiedWhile I said size was good, this does create a pretty thick patty, even from just one egg. That either forces you to a) cook it a long time to try and cook mostly through (making the bottom pretty well cooked/browned), OR b) lifting the ring to flip the patty (which means the non-solidified stuff on top leaks out as soon as you lift the the ring...it tends to be a small amount, but still a little frustrating)

Works well but not for runny eggs made for sandwiches...
I got these because I make my own breakfast to try and eat healthier and I figured that these will keep the egg in great shape for an egg and cheese sandwich. They do a great job at that even when I use a small pan that is not perfectly flat any longer. My problem with it is that I like my egg yolk to be runny and I cannot make it this way using these rings. I normally tap the yolk with the sharp edge of the shell as soon as I put the egg in the pan so the yolk spreads inside the egg white and then when the egg white makes a fairly good base I flip the egg and let the rest of the egg white cook for just a few seconds. This way the egg white is not runny but the yolk is. Using these rings, I have to cook the egg longer on one side because the egg is thicker due to the ring keeping it contained. By the time I am able to flip the egg without spilling it, the yolk is no longer runny. However, they do work as advertised and if I just want eggs up, it does a great job. They are easy to clean and I do not need to use any oil spray when I use them on a non stick pan. They are priced well and I would definitely recommend having them around.

Use of the Silicone Egg Rings
I use this for my breakfast sandwich. It is almost like going to a restaurant and ordering a egg sandwich. The trick is to get the olive oil in the pan hot, then place the ring in the oil, making sure the oil is inside the ring. I use egg whites in a carton and pour a small amount inside the ring. This tents to seal the bottom of the ring, so none of egg flows out from under the ring. After a minute or so, slowly fill the ring. This assures a tight seal. I turn down the heat to a simmer and place a lid on the pan. I make my toast, checking on the egg ring. By the time my toast is done, I can remove the ring and flip the egg. About 30 seconds more and it's ready to put on my toast, with microwaved Honey Maple Ham and Mozzarella cheese. When I'm not so lazy, I bake some thick Apple Wood Smoked bacon. Now, that is a breakfast for a king. The ring gets a little burnt on the inside, but it doesn't appear to effect the process. I recommend these ring for anyone who want do what I did or even experimenting filling the ring with ground meat and use it to make a hamburger. This will be my next venture.

Meh
Ordering these I was hoping to make a simple, round egg in a pan but they were nothing but a pain. I was easily misled by all the 5 star reviews apparently. I cook a LOT and spend more time than most people in the kitchen. Here's what I found:They seemed simple enough to use and I sprayed them with non stick spray and cracked an egg and dropped it in only for it to leak out the sides. I tried each side as one side is flared out more than the other but it made no difference. To make matter worse the size just doesn't fit well in any of my 10 or 12 inch pans for more than 1 at a time. You would need a pretty large pan to get them to all fit flat. So I was mostly disappointed and tried a few more times later in the week with no luck. Cleaning the eggs off them was an additional chore making using them a turn off. Perhaps if you cook breakfast on one of those large countertop griddles these could work? They are now gathering dust in my cupboard and I will end up dropping them in a donation box somewhere. Money not well spent. Maybe there's something better out there but this was a waste of money for me. Back to simply pan cooking my eggs as usual and forming them with a spatula.

Easy to use
These works well for me if I spray a little bit of oil on them before using otherwise rhe egg will stick.

Does not work as planned.
Even though I bought a new flat pan, the egg still leaks around the edges and you really do not get a round egg patty. Can’t seem to create a seal around edges even using oil.

Great for family breakfast in a flash
These really help crank out breakfast for the family quickly while getting everyone their fried eggs at the same time. Only issue is that the little arm for a couple of them will not stay up, they fall onto the grill and g et hot to the touch. You have to fiddle with them a bit to get them to stay up. Otherwise these are pretty good. Great for making breakfast sandwiches, get the fried eggs the right size. Also works for silver dollar pancakes.
