Assembly required.
Both the cupcake toppers and the banner are super cute... The banner really held up and I hung it in my daughter's room after the party because it was so pretty I just couldn't throw it away! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I was not aware there was assembly required. You have to glue or attach the ballerinas to the ribbon yourself to make the banner. I was annoyed at the time when I was rushing to hang everything up to find that out.
