It's a fantastic product, when I have periods where I have to work a lot, this product helps me a lot to get to the end of the day and not feel tired, one pill in the morning and it works all day. There are a lot of pills in the nottle so the product lasts a long time without spending too much. I highly recommend it.

A good product at a reasonable price

Can't tell a difference but have heard good things about taking l-taurine long term so will keep going

I only have 1 every other day which is quater of the dose I should be having in that time however doing this keeps my heart palpations away! I've only had a handful since April 2025 vs a handful every day. I was recommended it from a friend who also had similar issues which has resolved it for her also. I'll never stop taking it now it's fantastic!!!

Just the right quantity per capsule. Easy to take and effective for eyes and brain.

I was taking 500mg from a different brand and I was sleeping like a baby. I started 2 days ago with 1000mg from this one, my sleep is poor. 2 nights in a row. Taurine is supposed to increase GABA, Iwhat helps with sleep, then Im not sure anymore if this product is really Taurine.
