Char-Broil Performance 4-Burner Cart-Style Propane Gas Grill

I bought this grill and used it for a year a love it so much I bought 2 more for each if my daughters. Its heavy weight is sturdy and substantial. Assembly is a little time consuming. You may want to buy lava rocks to better distribute the heat from the flame its very direct. You will also need to buy a propane tank for about 50-60 bucks. I also bought a grull mat because the grease will leak a little on the ground. Over all its a great but for the price and brand and it holds up very well to constant use.

It took me a few hours of concentrated work to assemble it but totally worth it. Great Grill!

The grill arrived with several defects, including scratches and broken parts. I reached out to the manufacturer for replacement parts, but my request was denied. The only item they agreed to replace was the cooking grid. I have no choice but to return everything and buy a different brand. Avoid Charbroil.

The grill came with a dent in the front panel between the third and fourth burner knobs.

We have only owned Weber grills in the past. Weber has become way too expensive for our taste. This grill has been just great. We just got it this year so we will see how it actually holds up.

Arrived with a big dent in the control knob panel and a broken grilling grate. Charbroil warranty sent me a new cooking grate easy peasy. The dent is cosmetic and I didn't want the energy wasted on returning it when it operates despite it. The grill is okay, lots of hot and cold spots. I have cooked about 15 meals on it so far. It has been easy to clean. I was looking for a cheap grill. I have never owned a propane grill. I have been grilling with charcoal for 15 years on a Weber. I didn't want to spend the Weber propane grill money, so I thought I would see how this would work. It gets the job done. It does get to around 550⁰F to sear, in a 55⁰-60⁰ ambient temperature. I have yet to have everything I cook on it be done at the same time. You really have to pay attention. Some areas will leave you over-cooked in a heartbeat and others will seem to stall. I am inexperienced with propane grilling, but I do believe some other grills wouldn't have such dramatic changes in temperature across the grates. There is a good amount of room to work with, I just ordered a 24" griddle to try on it. I love the convenience of propane and am glad I got this entry-level one to get my feet wet. When I build my outdoor kitchen, I will be ready and appreciate the higher end grills even more. If you are looking for the same thing, charbroil warranty is fantastic and super easy. You just pick the parts and they send it to you, no calls or emails. You just register the grill. I don't regret the purchase, just wouldn't get it from here.Revision 11/7/23: The sellers actually reached out to make the situation right about the damage on the grill.
