Works perfectly
Smooth feed, works perfectly, needed to reverse polarity, sounds ominous but isn't a big deal, highly recommend, well made durable product. Thank you!

Issue with motor
Loved that I felt like I was getting a bargain on this product. Once installed it was not working correctly. I had to call the pellet stove repairman to assess the situation. Apparently the magnets that determine the direction the auger should turn was installed incorrectly. Basically the motor was turning the auger in the wrong direction. The repairman disassembled part of the motor and flipped the magnets. Now it's working fine.I was torn between giving 3 or 4 stars. The motor works great now but it cost me $85 for the repairman to fix the situation. If I would have spent the extra money and bought the part directly from the stove manufacturer I don't know if I would have experienced the same situation. I'm guessing probably not.

The product was great. Had to do some adjusting and turn the motor to one side when installing it . So far it's working good so far. Like the motor it seems to be stronger than the one installed by the factory in my pellet stove. Had a slight issue with the package getting lost in the mail. The company was quick to resolve the issue and sent out a new one in 2 days.

Fast shipping and exactly what was in discription
Awesome service company senthat motor out right away Monday morning got it 2 days later motor also was exactly what it said it was in the discription. Motor is also much quite thenough the original to the pellet stove love that I can't hear it run like the original. Would definitely buy from this company again. Also came with other wore connectors so if you needed motor to have male instead of female connectors you had them right there in the box.

This is not a genuine auger motor for a MagnuM Countryside auger system and is not the correct RPM. Only purchase the right parts if you want your unit to work properly. Contact the factory directly at [email protected] for the right part for your MagnuM stove.
