Did not disappoint
I bought the 10" & 12" frying pan set with lids approximate 17 months ago and they still look like new today. My kitchen includes a pressure cooker, and a air fryer. So these pans do not get used everyday, but they do get used often. When you grab these frying pans you can feel quality in your hands. The 10" frying pan is a true 10", not like the frying pan it placed. The same with the 12" frying pan. It is large and has room for those big recipes. I like how these pans brown meats, and char everything from steaks, to hot dogs, and brats! Both pans clean up easy, I hand wash mine.

Good value.
These work like Hexclad at a fraction of the price. Heats up faster on my induction cooktop than my Costco non-stick pans. These do stick a bit with eggs and such if you don't use oil or butter, but cleans up easily anyway. I like the way it heats up the food efficiently. I like it comes with the glass lid that has a stand-up handle. Well made stainless rim, better than Hexclad.

Make the switch
Make the switch from your junk pans. I had all clad non stick and he lining is coming off and they were melting or burning off on my electric stove. This is similar to my pampered Chef hex pan. I love it! Will get a smaller one. The bottom doesn’t burn off. It’s handled don’t get hot, has a cover and most don’t come with covers. This is a good choice!

This is NOT nonstick
I was looking for an 8” egg pan with lid, nonstick and no aluminum. This seemed perfect and basically it was except that it is NOT nonstick. The first time with eggs was a disaster. The second time for chicken I used a small amount of avocado oil and that was a disaster. (Picture) included. The pans are sturdy with a great handle and lid, but I have to watch my fat intake so nonstick is a deal breaker. I sent them back.

In a word, excellent at first; now it is useless.
Original review below. This pan started out great, and lasted for a while as my go-to fryer. But now it has become useless. Overnight it went from a good non-stick frying pan to a full stick frying pan. Cannot cook without everything sticking to the pan. It still looks the same as the day I got it, no signs of wear, no coating degradation issues... It just doesn't work as a non- stick pan anymore. What an absolute let down, as this was so nice and easy to use, now I don't think I can use it for anything. Not sure about a warranty, but I will have to look around. So I waited several months to write this review. The first few times I used the pan, I was sure that the heat distribution was skewed towards one side of the pan. It was only with repeated use that I realized that the problem was my burner being out of balance, and the pan was just accurately reflecting the heat from below. Now that I have adjusted to how it transfers heat, the pan is a breeze to use.Very good non stick surface, a drop of oil goes a long way, a d it is super easy to clean! Most definitely would buy another!

Food is really bad to stick to these
Nice and well made! Quite heavy, actually! I was hoping they would be non-stick, but however, they are not! Grill cheese, eggs, quesadilla's, all stick when cooking. Tried using butter, cooking spray, nothing helps! Very well made! They just need to figure out how to make them to where everything doesn't stick to the pan.

About as good as Hexclad at cheaper price and will last a lifetime
I have a full set of Hexclad pots and pans which I absolutely love. I needed one additional 8-inch pan, and rather than buy another Hexclad pan which costs $160 with a lid, I thought I'd give this MICHELANGELO pan a try since it would only be secondary pan in my collection. Like the Hexclad, the MICHELANGELO pan has a surface comprised of thousands of stainless steel nubs which are surrounded with recessed non-stick material. The result is a pan that is nearly indestructible and will last a lifetime. You can use metal utensils, steel wool, Bar Keepers Friend cleaner, etc. without harming or delaminating the recessed non-stick material which would otherwise be a concern with typical non-stick pans. Two important considerations for using these pans:1. Season the pans before first time use by placing a teaspoon or two of avocado oil in the pans for 2-3 minutes on medium heat, then let the pan cool and wipe off the excess oil.2. To maximize the non-stick qualities of this pan, use much lower heat settings than you'd use in other pans. Because of the stainless steel, these pans can get much hotter than other pans. If you don't lower the heat, food may stick. Not a problem though with lower heat settings! For example, if you cook eggs at a heat setting of 4 with other pans, use a heat seating of 2.5 with these pans.If you are looking for a good pan that you will never need to replace and at a reasonable price, try these!
