Uncomfortable.
Item is not same as the picture. Has no support at the top like the one on the photo. Seems to be small rather than medium.

Too big for medium size
I tried them myself and clients for their teeth whitening session. Unfortunately they were very uncomfortable. Fit was too big/wide, stretching and making the lip/ mouth area feel sore. I actually had to hold the retractor with a pinch to make it less uncomfortable for their mouth.
