I have tried the Isntree gel SPF and decided to get something that more moisturizing that I could use as a daily moisturizer and this hit the spot! It does leave a slight white cast but not terribly noticeable and goes on like butter. I feel like my skin is very well protected with the 50 SPF and have noticed a positive change in my skin, by dark spots and melasma have decreased.

When you are purchasing this item look at all of the sellers and make sure you are choosing the one by Isntree official store. I am now caught off guard by how different the product is from their direct store and I’m wondering if I was putting fake sunscreen on my face for the past year from the other sellers (this is the first time I bought from the official seller). It should not be super watery and it has a white cast that rubs out. It even has a different scent than the unofficial sellers. Like a very light sunscreen scent. it should say INSTREE official store and not just “official store” as well. Another trick I fell for it seems while looking in my order history.

This is definitely a great brand of sunscreen. This isn’t my first product I’ve purchased from them. I usually purchase the watery sun gel and I rave about the product to anyone I know. I’m very light-skinned so white cast is important to me. Unfortunately this product definitely leaves a white cast. I’ve lessened the amount of product I apply to lessen the cast effect so I could still wear this, but then, I am not applying enough sunscreen – which is the whole point. If this doesn’t matter to you, then everything else about this sunscreen is amazing. Very blendable and works well on its own or under makeup.

I usually use Aqua Skin but, Amazon doesn't carry it anymore so here I am shopping for a new sunscreen here. After reading all the review, I really wanted to like this sunscreen.I have combo skin. The consistency is a bit thicker (although not bad) than what I like and I do have to rub rub rub into the skin. I have medium / light skin tone. The two things that didn't work for me is 1) it leaves a white cast although slightly and 2) it really dries out my skin and pills. So I can't use this under make up.

I wanted to love this sunscreen, but it just didn't work for my oily skin. It felt super greasy and never really seemed to absorb, leaving my face shiny all day. It might work for someone with dry skin, but if you're prone to oiliness, I'd steer clear of this one. Unfortunately, it's a no-go for me.
