The mat is large and has a nice feel overall. The stitching is good eye candy which brings everything together to make this thing stand out as a premium mat. Unfortunately it was not as appropriate for my situation as I had hoped. Due to the surface material being vinyl, the feet of the mouse weren't able to glide as easily as I had hoped which can make for some inaccurate clicks when a lot of my workflow has become muscle-memory and accuracy with high dpi settings is important. I'd say it should perform fine for the average user who doesn't need pixel-perfect nearly frictionless accuracy in cursor movement 100% of the time. Another thing to consider is the edges and how they are cut. While it is soft vinyl, the edges around the perimeter of my mat feel sharp in a sense, and can cause discomfort depending on how I position my arms/wrists upon it. The size of the mat I purchased and the position it needs to occupy on my desk make this an unavoidable discomfort in my particular situation, so I had to return it. Again it's attractive and it does what it's supposed to do, and I can see where it would work for most. Just wasn't a perfect fit for me.

I'm gamer who has bought many desk mats made of synthetic cloth that just get kind of dirty and gross overtime. The only thing you can do is maybe take the time to then wash it by hand. Nobody has time for that.So instead you throw it into the garbage and buy a new one wasting money.This mat on the other hand, it's very easy to clean. You don't have to worry about not eating on it. Just spray it down with an all-purpose cleaner, wipe with a towel, and done. This mat I think is tough enough that it will last a while as long as I keep sharp pointy objects away from it. Even then PU Leather can be repaired, probably with those liquid leather things out there.It's smooth enough that there is little resistance for my mouse to glide across it, but textured enough that my palm doesn't slide around accuracy matters. I got the darkest mat due to not wanting any interference with mouse movement even though I use an optical mouse.I was looking into actual genuine leather options, but I realized that the grain patterns on the real leather mats were too inconstant in texture and ridges and may interfere with movement of mouse accuracy. Plus... would I actually have to oil the thing to keep it supple like a car seat? It's a desk mat, I don't have time for that.This mat is huge I don't need separate pads and if anything, this keeps my desk cleaner than other alternatives and to boot it's cost effective.I would recommend giving it a try, you don't like it keep the box and return it. I've kept mine, 40 bucks well spent.

Packaged beautifully in a velvet bag designed for future use should you move or need to pack it up. Came with a leather strap like a belt buckle to keep it from unrolling if stored. Smells of fresh leather and is the perfect color to go with the living room decor. The fit 55"x24", is exact and adds a touch of class to my old but sturdy wooden desk. This is of a quality you don't find everyday. I highly recommend this desktop cover. You will love it too.

I like this product but there are a few flaws. The mousepad is nice, and my mouse can glide across it well, but my laptop leaves dents in the pad when I set it down on the pad that don't go away so overtime the pad has become very dented in certain area's.

This mouse pad it great! The first one that arrived has wrinkles in it after days of letting it lay out. I contacted the seller and sent photos to ask if there was any other suggestions for getting the wrinkles out. I was sent a replacement pad so fast I was incredibly impressed.The new one had hardly any wrinkles out the package and Was perfectly flat and smooth within 24 hours of removing it from the package.The pad is awesome. It’s not super thin but not too thick. It’s is incredible quality. The size is exact to the measurements. It’s very durable- it’s on my sons gaming desk. We have 4-5 neighborhood teen boys at the house gaming all the time. They’ve knocked a drink over, left sticky candy sitting on the pad- it all cleans off the pad so easily and still looks brand new after Almost 3 months of pretty rough use.Highly recommend!

Nice pad with very nice leather texture and smooth. Came in a very good package wrapped perfectly. It doesn’t slip off and provides very good protection .
