No noticeable effects
I've been taking these for just over 2 weeks and I've not noticed any difference, either good or bad. There should be something by now I would think.

Havent noticed a difference, but might not have been taking them long enough.
Its a supplement, and as such ive been taking it daily as recommended. I haven't noticed anything different, either good or bad, so thats something to note I guess. They haven't made me ill or feel bad, I notice no changes after taking them, but I dont think ive taken them long enough to see any long term results. Do your own research, know what you're taking, and make your best judgement. Consult a doctor if you're concerned :)
