Cucharita Rica Tamarindo Flavored Spoon, 12ct/bag Mexican Candy

My first time having this was from my son who had a friend who sent him a wide variety of candies from Mexico. I love tamarind and the chili part is just right. I ended up looking here to find them and this is my second time buying it. The calories per serving is under 100 calories, so it’s a good treat.

So this is delicious but it is coarse sugar texture so it's like sucking on delicious sandpaper. If you eat too many in a row your mouth will be unhappy . But it will also be very happy . It's a conundrum

I got these for a party and the people from Florida have never had these, so I had to introduce them to the Cucharita Rica spoons. My family loves them.

One of the best candies out there. My only complaint is they seem smaller than normal. The normal size are the same as the small spoons in the picture I posted. Also, price shouldn't be any more than $4 for the size that they are

Came in very quickly and had the best flavor

I was so excited to find these here, as they were a childhood staple for me. However, upon receiving these, I immediately noticed the color was off. Too pink/red. I took a closer look at the ingredients and realized these do not contain any tamarind at all. They are made with "tamarind flavor". The taste makes this evident. They are not good. They taste artificial and nothing like the ones made with actual tamarind that I grew up eating. There is a no return policy, so lesson learned. I should have looked for listed ingredients prior to ordering.

The candy came fast, wrapped properly, and Fresh. It looks like the candy that you buy in a grocery store. I bought it for my son for Christmas. I will certainly buy again.
