Didn’t last long
After 17 months they quit holding a charge. Charging only lasted 15 minutes. Very disappointing.

Good for the price.
I was looking for a cheap backup Bluetooth earbuds for when I forget to charge my other ones. The price and the reviews seemed like what I looking for and I won’t lie, the appearance was also a factor. They look good. When I got them, I wished I had looked into how they actually function. The fact that they immediately they automatically turn on when removed from their case was surprising and for them to disconnect and turn off, they have to go back in the case. I also didn’t really like the controls at first: the touch feature got a bit of getting used to and I still do tap on them accidentally often. So I the middle of workouts or casual use, I would often accidentally pause or play stuff. The other small issue is the battery life. My other set lasts me quite a while, a couple days or more, but these one I have to charge them daily. I use them for about an hour for workouts daily and maybe another 2 hours or more casually. And I would get the low battery warning at this point. Sound wise, they are okay, but I had to fuss with it for a while to get the sound right. Out of the box, it sounded awful. I had to download the app and fuss with the EQ quite a bit – and it’s not a normal EQ. All-in-all it a great pair for the price. plus I got it with a discount on Cyber Monday. I’d recommend them, but don’t expect what you would get from a more expensive set.

Very nicely made earbuds but lacking in bass
First, I should tell you I am only using them with DAPs (digital audio players) and not with a smartphone. I much prefer those for listening to music. So I can't tell you how it works on phone functions and I have nothing to download the App onto. What I like is that they are really attractive and well made. They are stored in a very nice case. There are a nice variety of silicone rubber cushions to fit into your ears with. You can see how nice they look when you open up the case. Next you have to remove the plastic film over the electrical contacts. After that I paired them up with my DAPs (I have four of them). Put the DAP into the Bluetooth search mode and then you hold the button in between the two earbuds until all the lights come on to put them into the pairing mode. They paired up easily with all my DAPs.Also there is a USB-C charge cable included. ON the back of the case is the charge port. Plug it in and there is an LED next to it. It's red, when it is full charged it turns green.Next, I put them in my ears. The cushion that was already mounted fit me fine, plus with that hook that goes around my ears I don't have to worry about them falling off. You can touch them once and hear a beep, that will play/pause the DAP. The right side unit has volume +/- buttons on top, really easy to access. So after all that I put them on to listen too while taking the dog for a walk. I was really disappointed in how poor that bass is. The high end was really nice, those cymbals sounded great. But I was listening to music that had really good bass in it but it just didn't come through. It just had a tinny sound. If it wasn't for that I would have given them five stars.

Good earbuds, but not durable and warranty is a pain
EDIT: they emailed me offering a replacement about an hour after I posted the review - I guess I don't really care if that's coincidence or not -- I'm just happy to not get jerked around anymore.-----It's a good thing I liked them so much because I have to buy them again after only 5 months.I've been politely emailing the support department for a week and following their instructions to reset the earbuds, and unpair/re-pair, then sending them the confirmation videos they asked for. They're a Chinese company so they respond at like 2am, which I understand, but it does mean every email back and forth takes 2 days minimum because sometimes they don't even respond and I have to bug them again. It's really frustrating. Now, they're asking me to try to reset the earbuds AGAIN, just like I did a week ago, and I'm pretty pissed about that. It's like they're trying to wear me down so they don't have to give me a new pair. Honestly, they're so inexpensive that I didn't expect any warranty at all - but since they advertise it, I just want it to be honored!Unfortunately, I really liked the physical volume buttons and the fit. I bought JLab earbuds and they were laughably large. I just wear one earbud at a time so that I can hear whats around me, and it's more convenient than ANC / Pass Thru mode on more expensive buds.

Better than priced
Palovue is back. I was definitely interested because I've had a previous palovue headset that i loved but it got discontinued. I work in construction so I need a good headset. I'm not a fan of the over the ear hook style because they're uncomfortable to me but I still tried them. They fit and were somewhat comfortable for me but I still didn't like the overall feel. It's this headsets fault I just don't like the type. The audio quality was good enough and got plenty loud. Probably one of the loudest. I like the color and these the most stylish headsets you buy at this price. They're built solid even you can kinda tell they're cheap except the green plate. Those are clean and once they're in your ear they look good. Moving onto the case. It's nice. Love the texture. The headsets go in super easy. The inside looks a bit cheap but thats okay. The outside looks good and feels good to the touch. It's rubbery and textured. I've dropped the case in the work truck and they buds didn't fly out of the case which is great. Got USB C which is good too. I ended up giving them to my brother to try for a week and he loves them. He says everything is good about them except they have the worst battery life of any headset no matter what volume you got them in. So overall great pair especially for the price. Just don't expect them to last a long time. For $30 we recommend them. Nice job.
