Only had the shampoo and conditioner a short time my hair feels really nice after using both, all I can say is to try it and see for you selves

Good condition not greasy looking
Keeps the hair well conditioned not flat and greasy looking can go 3~ 4 gays between washes

Not for my hair
I have quite long fine blond hair going a bit grey, I have been using the purple for grey hair one and it was good and I don't know why I changed it really. So the long hair shampoo and conditioner is not as good as the purple on my hair, not as soft, not as shiny and it looks bogged down with the conditioner . I'm sure that I've lost more hair on washing as it's quite tangled even with conditioner. I shall be going back to purple

I’m 70 and I still have long hair, it’s not as thick as it used to be, but I don’t see why I should cut it or have blue rinse lol this is the most amazing shampoo I have ever used

Hair does appear fuller & thicker
A good product does what it says however it didn't suit my fine silver grey hair. It made it thicker but left it feeling more coarse so less manageable.I don't think the caffeine in it suited my hair at all.
