Currently I'm one of many who suffer from someone with lead feet in a unit above them and a running dog on hardwood floor but that's my personal reason to get these and they have been exactly what I should have been using this along with a sleep sound helps me not wake up once I do fall asleep I can still hear stuff out of them whenever I'm conscious but whenever I am just asleep there's not that much of a disturbance with heavy kind of thumping or busy wall noise the lower decibels would not drill me away with these in my ears along with just a simple rain sleep sound too have something constant going to have the brain react as rapidly or be as reactive to if there was a noise change yeah I guess these are greatSuper easy to clean just toss them and whatever you feel is best get that ear wax off or sanitize depending on how often for whichever you would be using and definitely make sure that you have the pull flap to remove from ear facing along the ear. The manual explains it for best comfort.You'll get used to them in the ear if you are just starting and use ear wax removal drip if you have them plugged up for a long time.

The day they arrived i tried them out that same night, i could immediately tell i had gotten much better sleep the next morning and my mood improved my a noticeable amount throughout the day. im so glad i got the multi size pack the medium/large size fit great! ive been using my Alpine ear plugs for a little over a week and i use them on and off depending on how i feel but i hands down know im sleeping much better with improvements in my quality of life all around. They aren't sound proof but everything is significantly quieter and the earplugs don't bother me after a full nights sleep, they stay in well and the little tabs on them make them really easy to take out in the morning. I'm a side sleeper and these never press against my head or anything i sometimes use a sleep mask that also covers my ears and they don't get in each-others way.These are the first earplugs Ive purchased and they have exceeded my expectations, I'd buy these again for myself or others and i feel the product speaks for itself.

Great for side sleeping! I move around a lot so mines continue to fall out.My husband does snore loud but these made the noise almost low enough to not hear it at all.Comfortable, light weight.Comes with a cool little case for storage.Great buy, but a bit pricey.

I have been using these ear plugs for a couple of months now, and I was very happy with them at first. I have to sleep with ear plugs every night, or I will be waken up at the slightest noise, then be unable to fall back asleep. These were much quicker and easier to get in than the traditional foam plugs I have been using for several years, and they worked just as well if not better at blocking the sound, however after about 2 months of using them they started to hurt my inner ears. Though the material is still soft after wearing these for extended periods, I had to switch back to the foam plugs because I was waking up with bad pain in my ears and jaw that lasted for an hour or so after waking up. I do not believe this is a manufacturing issue or flaw, I just think these are only meant to be worn a certain amount of times. They did work very well, and as long as you put them in so that the "pull tab" is accessible, they are also easy to pull out as well. Mine now seem to be shaped in an oblong rather than oval shape like they were when they were new. And again, I believe these stated that they were good for "hundreds of uses", but at the price point of over $20 ( for a pair of regular size, and also small size included), I think they should last longer than a couple of months. ($20 of foam ear plugs lasts me much longer than 2 months). The material they are made from is very soft and flexible, they are a very good design, and they are super simple to put in. May be a better option for someone that doesn't use them constantly like I do, but for me they didn't last long enough. I do think these would be excellent for someone that only needs to wear them for a few hrs at a time, or only on some nights. For me, wearing them every night seemed to make them uncomfortable in what I believe is a premature period of time.

I’m a city dweller in a warm climate so that means windows open 24/7. At my place this isn’t a problem since my apartment doesn’t get much street noise, but I’m currently staying at a friend’s that is on a VERY busy intersection and the night noise was killing me. The only ear plugs I’ve used in the past were foam ones, so when I searched for good reusable ones these came up as a two pack with different sizes - such a plus for people who haven’t used earplugs before. The smalls ended up fitting me great so I gave the M/L to my friend and they said they fit them perfectly! We both tried them out and HO-LEEEEEE. I don’t think I’ve ever slept so well! I’m a side and stomach sleeper and the first night I noticed the ear plugs but they were not uncomfortable or painful. Just different. Night 2 I didn’t notice them at all. The noise reduction is not 100% but it is massive - honestly I don’t think I’d want it to be any better because then it would be uncomfortably quiet. I can barely hear the cars with modified mufflers or the roosters screaming, definitely haven’t woken up startled by a single outside noise like I used to every couple hours. I’ve been washing them in the sink with hand soap in the morning hoping to prolong their life, but either way everything from cost to effectiveness these are a 10/10 for me AND my friend and I’ll be a repeat customer.

Works well and very comfortable, these stay put and can be used over and over....eventually the little tab for removal does tear off, but if you are careful, they'll last longer. Easy to use and to clean, I'll be buying them again

They can easily get stuck in the ear with no way to get them out without help. First I tried them and had the problem. The next day my wife tried them and had the same issue. They work well when pushed in as recommended on the box but removing them was simply too difficult to continue using them. I do not recommend them at all.
