I use it a lot to exercise my grip. You will probably need chalk.

The wooden block is very smooth and perfect for pinching. I wish it offered a variety of sizes to adjust the grip but overall for the price a very well made item.

I actually use these as pads to place in chest press machines to make more space for my arms to each the handles. The hooks are great for attaching a bungee loop so the block doesn’t go flying off of the machine. If you make this idea a product give me a kickback! Hahaha.

I wrapped the edges in athletic tape to avoid slivers, and if that proves too sticky I’ll take it off and sand it. As it is, it’s too prone to slivers without one or the other. That being said, I like having the space to adjust lower for heavier grips or higher for more difficult holds at the tips of the fingers.

I love how well made this block is. I brought it to the gym for all my friends to try and we all agreed that it was a pretty cool little piece of equipment. I like that ot fits in my gym bag and its so easy to use. If you're looking to add something new to your routine then grab this block!
