I swapped to this product from my usual collagen supplement to see if there was a difference and there is. My skin has always been quite dry, sometimes even flaky, and very sensitive to any change in my diet since I also suffer from IBS. For the first 2 weeks, I couldn't notice anything on my skin, but I noticed improvements with my stomach issues and overall energy level. Then out of the blue my partner started commenting on my skin asking whether I had changed cream because my face glows. I have now taken those capsules for 3 weeks and my skin all over my body is looking and feeling great. I will order again and will try to update when I've been using them for longer.
