Genuine Unistrut P1000T 1-5/8 12 Gauge Strut Channel, Slotted Back, Pre-Galvanized 5 Foot Length by UNISTRUT

Well, this 12 gauge strut is made of metal and it has slots in the back of it so you can bolt it to stuff until your hearts content. I'm using it to mount a trolly that holds a gambrel for hoisting deer. I suppose you could also use it to mount a trolly and winch above the ol bed and you and the missus can get up to other reindeer games. To each there own.

Works fine. Good tolerance with rollers.

Going to use this for my overhead garage hoist. It is heavy-duty and I am confident it will work perfectly for what I need.
