They work great opening jars and other lids.

These are smaller than the ones I bought before and don’t fit well over larger lids like gallon sized containers. But they work fine on small/medium size jars. Also, I can tell that they will hold up longer than the larger ones I’ve bought before with the web design.

I bought these as a gift for my elderly friends who have trouble opening bottles of water. The openers don't have a strong textured side so my friends tried using both sides and found them difficult to use. They were unable to open the bottles of water. One side is slightly rougher than the other, so the user needs to be shown which side to use. They aren't ideal but okay for some people. I wouldn't recommend them for elderly ones with little hand strength. These openers are not very thick, and are very lightweight. Colors are nice but if they aren't helpful, Colors makes no difference.

Didn’t care for these. They were super slick nd hard to hold onto, which defeated the purpose of what they were intended for. They need a texture if made of this material.
