ThreadNanny New 25 1100 Yard Spools of 3-PLY Polyester Threads - Assorted Colors

Ok spent time researching thread because I wanted to see some outdoor items and you need a thread that will not fade and degrade in sun, I also wanted to see a bathing suit and also need a thread that is resistant to the chemicals in pool. This is good thread but it is not what is listed in the description it is more of a cotton blend and you can see the fuzzy fibers in the thread. For everyday sewing ok but it is not what advertised in the discription. I kept and did not send back because it was similar to what I would buy at Walmart.

seems to be pretty good quality works great with my sewing machine and doesn't break like I've seen in other reviews but way smaller than expected i guess i didn't pay much attention to the description but overall im ok with the product.

Ok for heming and buttons I would not recommend for sewing

I like having the option of getting an assortment of colors like this so that, other than the black and white I already have, I can always find a color close to what I need for a sewing project. It obviously doesn't have every color one might need, but for a casual sewer, it ensures that I always have something on hand that will work for any given project. I am new to serging, and I have found that this thread works really well with my Brother serger, so I am sticking to this brand. As a novice, I found the number of brands and types of thread available overwhelming, and will stick with this brand since it works so well and is quite versatile.One additional comment: I have recently started using this thread not only with my Serger, but also with my Brother PRW PC-420 sewing machine, and have had no issues at all. It's nice to have one supply of thread that works for both my serger and my sewing machine.

I have the threadnanny 3 ply polyster threads, what actually came in the mail was quite different. It is absolutely not 3 plys. That is a joke. It is horrible cheap small spools of "coats" brand astra thread. I believe the seller is scamming their customers. I doubt this is even Coats. This has to be some kind of counterfeit. Please don't purchase and get scammed like me.

The thread is of excellent quality and the colors are extremely vibrant. The fact that the thread is 3 ply polyester puts it in a class above some of the cheaper threads that are available. The shipping time was exceptionally fast, but I did find something interesting when I opened the package. All of the spools of thread except one were inside a cellophane bag which was inside the shipping package. I thought that the one spool had come out of the cellophane bag but there was no opening in the cellophane bag. So did somebody just put the other spool in the shipping bag at random, or did somebody count the number of spools inside the cellophane bag and realize one was missing? It doesn't matter, but it was kind of interesting.
