Sirius XM Radio FAKRA Antenna Adapter Connector Sirius XM Radio Factory Antenna Adapter

Product just arrived today, and I am thrilled that it seems compatible. I haven't gotten the chance to test much, but the NGVA3 magnetic antenna seems to work just fine with this connector and my factory Toyota Entune system. I have spent the past 2 days googling my brains out, and running around to every car audio store (Car Toys, Drive-in Autosound, etc), Best Buy, and Toyota dealership in Colorado Springs trying to get a solution to my problem, and they were ALL clueless as to what kind of a connector or adapter I would need. I had a camper installed that blocked the XM reception via the stock "shark fin" antenna on my truck, so I just wanted to do a simple antenna re-route without removing or altering the stock antenna. So, for anyone else running into brick walls trying to get SIMPLE answers, YES this is compatible with a 2018 TRD Off-Road Tacoma Entune system. I'll update this review if anything changes in use with the product.

This went on a 2011 Chevy 3/4 T with factory XM. I did not have to use the magnet antenna which came with the XM Pkg for my new CarPlay stereo. Very happy this adapter worked with the factory antenna!!!

It fit loose on my setup. I used it to fit the stock cable with the aftermarket setup I put tape to hold it down. It works if you tape it.

it works well but the antenna is very loose .i taped it up to make sure it dosent fall out, i did not want to use an aftermarket antenna ortake the casing off the factory antenna possibly voiding my warranty and with this device I didn't have to ,I read reviews were people said it was a loose fit so I wasn't surprised ,other than the loose fit, it works perfect

Cabover camper on my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado blocked reception from the "sharkfin" antenna on the rood unless I was drove directly south. Ordered this and received a completely empty envelope the next day. Received a replacement eventually, but I'm expected to return the one that wasn't there. Amazon isn't clear on what to do when a package arrives without the product.Good news is that I was able to find the connector (pry off the trim piece surrounding video screen, remove 4 bolts holding the screen, pop the screen out, and there is the connector right before me). Using this adapter to attach the magnetic antenna, placed on the hood and routed back into the dash, I now have xm reception whichever direction I drive. Success, but I still don't know how to return the one that wasn't there.Update 11/2/19: Seller agreed that my replacement with nothing to return was proper. Amazon still requires return and charges for the replacement. 5 stars for the one that arrived, 0 stars for the one that didn't and -5 for having to pay double.

It works, I have this on Sirius XM radio and I'm using the OEM on my 2011 Dodge Ram regular cab truck. The only reason I don't give this 5 Stars is that the adapter fits a little loose so I secured the plug in to the adapter to the unit. Working like a charm

This worked perfectly for me. I used it to connect the cable from the small, magnetic XM roof antenna on my G35 to the Fakra splitter, which then connects to the Nissan/Infiniti OEM XM tuner.The 'extended' length of this (it's small, but just the right size) enabled the cables to connect without removing or cutting off part of the FAKRA cable clip. The connection is firm/snug. My reception is excellent, so the connector is doing its job perfectly.

Exactly what I needed to connect a new antenna to an older generation tuner.

I had to remove the plastic part of the plug in the truck and use heat shrink to hold connector to plug, but I'm happy with how it works. sure better than running whole new line.
