The pot is powder coated enamel on steel as described. Cuisinart makes top quality cookware and both my wife and I are happy with the pot. I would have liked an adjustable steam vent on the lid but we can live without that.

En la descripción dice que es hierro fundido, pero es hierro esmaltado, algo parecido al peltre. Es ligero y de hecho me parece bien, pues si fuese de hierro fundido me preocuparía el peso por el tamaño de la olla. Por otro lado estaba dispuesto a lidiar con el peso pues amo las ollas de hierro fundido. Me lo quedaré pues es compatible con inducción. Solo le pongo 4 estrellas por este error en la descripción.
