Used the Potato Express the first time with 6 small gold potatoes. Started with 4 minutes per instructions, which say to never cook for more than 4 minutes at a time. The potatoes were not cooked enough after the 4 minutes. I let it rest for a couple of minutes, turned it over and then put in for 2 more minutes, checking after 1 minute. Then let it rest again inside the bag for 2 minutes. They were perfectly and evenly cooked. As expected the bag gets a little wet from the steam and is hot to the touch, so be careful. Very happy with the product and like that I don't have to poke holes in the potatoes.
