Having already read Walking the Nile and Walking the Himalayas I was keen to read more from this author and adventurer. Levison Wood is not only a great adventurer but a brilliant writer. His drive, passion and leadership are truly inspirational. His story is both compelling and moving.

Everything is so ordinary, just a list of trivial thoughts. Written during the pandemic, the author was probably bored and had nothing better to do than to collect banalities

Levison Wood’s advice for finding meaning and focus in these trying times. If you’re looking for inspiration in life read this.

Read a few of Levisons books and thought I'd try this new one. Found it to be insightful. I found it to be really motivational and encouraging. Wise words written from personal experiences from the author which is valuable. Also includes little snippets of famous and lesser known world travellers and explorer's where you can learn a few nifty lessons from. I recommend this read :)
