LOL this is comfier than my mattress
I got this for surgery (I needed to sleep elevated). And WOW! It's comfier than sleeping without it! I stay asleep, my back pain vanished- definitely worth the price!! I can only imagine that cheaper models would merely do the job, but this is so perfect I don't even want a new mattress anymore.

Not user friendly
I like their softness but the wedges keep slipping away because nothing holds them together like a zipper. They get out of position giving my body and injured spine, sciatica leg awkward postures and pain. The zero gravity purpose is not met by these wedges. The stress of having to rearrange them makes me regret this purchase.

Great purchase and Very Comfortable
The only issue I have is that the leg rest wedges do not quite align so they don't form this perfect square leg rest. The straps on one wedge does not line up with the attachment padding on the other wedge so they are off and that creates a bit of a gap. However, I am still able to get it to work well enough to hoist my legs and feet up at night and keep my heels off the bed.I love the way the back rest is designed to cradle you. The ability to adjust the height of it is a real plus.All in all, I am extremely satisfied with the support and comfort this set provides.

Just what I needed
Perfect for recovery after coming home from the hospital: great for reading, watching TV and to maintain an incline while sleeping. I really appreciated being able to use a cushion under my knees to elevate my leggs.

Good product, excellent customer service
Purchased this for post op and it worked as intended. Having purchased other memory foam products in the past, I knew to air out product immediately after delivery. I noticed a manufacturing defect on one of the piece which caused it not expand to correct shape and contacted the manufacture. I received reply the same day and they sent me an entire new set which I received in a few days. Product might seem a bit expensive at first but it worked as intended and the customer service was A+.
