The media could not be loaded. At first I fell in love with this product because it held my phone securely and never really gave me any issues. About a year in I noticed the arm was becoming a little loose so I turned the knob in the back thinking it was loose. The arm broke and I thought I must have turned the bold too tightly. So I got a second one and about six months later the same thing happened…design flaw 100%

I've had the product for 35 days. It seemed stable and worked well until the pad that sticks to my car fell off and no longer is sticky. Now, I'm unable to use it or exchange it for a new one.

The adhesives that came with the mount do not last long. It's been 5 months and I'm currently on my 2nd adhesive. The mount was already coming off within 3 months after attaching it to the back of the screen, I had to finally remove it because the mount have started sagging overnight. I made sure that the adhesive had time to cure overnight before using it the first time too.On the plus side with the adhesive, it was relatively easy to remove with no residue.

This appeared to be a great product until the whole arm fell off. Looks like the plastic socket simply crumbled. I've used it for a few years, so I contacted their warranty department. I sent them the picture above which shows the arm simply breaking from the base, nothing I did to even come close to abusing it.Anyways it was convenient that they said 2-year warranty and I missed it by a few weeks. They sent me a 10% coupon code to buy their inferior product again, no thanks!

Spigen products are great and this is no exception. I was nervous when I got it and it says that it’s for a Tesla but, it works just as well for my Mustang Mach E. The fitment is nice and firm, hugging my infotainment screen. The adjustable arm and mount allows you to adjust it to multiple angles, making the positioning perfect. Best mount I’ve had so far! I wish they would have included an alcohol pad for cleaning the surface but, I was able to source that myself. A+ mount!

Super good product. Purchased in March and broke in December. Adhesive stuck the entire time. Worked perfectly but it broke relatively shortly. My friend bought one just before me and his broke just before me as well. Will not buy again I will shop for a cheaper one since I will have to replace it anyway.
