The orange color looked brown and dull
The orange color did not match the company logo. It was brown and not bright orange like requested.

If you order more than 1 it has to say the same thing
Can't personalize more than one unless it says the same thing on all of them

Print Seems a bit cheapy
I like the feel of the fabric, it feels nice. The tip of the bill, on the bottom, isn't quite stitched all the way and it feels like it might come unstitched after a few months. The printed image on it doesn't look like it'll stay on for too long, though. I'll make an updated review in about a month or so; but for now, I'm a bit cautious with the print and bottom stitching.

Bought for my dad
Got this for my dad for his birthday. He says he loves it. Especially the text I put on it "Cry baby" He says that all the time
