I usually buy the large container but bought these to travel with.

Pros: tasteless, dissolves in warm liquids well.Cons: does not dissolve in cold liquids and no amount of stirring- even using a whisk- will mix it. It’s a clumpy sticky mess.The packaging needs work- I bought for a Europe trip. Thankfully I packed the majority of these packets in a ziplock bag. The others leaked all over the inside of my purse (they were in a zippered compartment, not getting moved around), causing a sticky powdery mess. These packets have a little nip where you tear it- this is where it leaks. Ironically, when you try to actually tear it open st that little slit, it’s pretty resistant and I needed a scissor.Not travel friendly!

This is a great product!!!Here's my routine:-Breakfast Smoothie mixed with collagen packet-Lunch with 1500mg of glucosamine/ condroiten-Dinner with collagen packet mixed in my favorite juice.You will notice a difference in your skin the first week. Then a gradual loosening of the tight muscles in the second week. The third week it will feel almost like a cushion between your joints. Finally, relief from pain to a slight soreness with increased mobility. I am now in my fifth week and ordered two more boxes. I like the packets. I am walking about two miles a day and pain free. I still get a little stiff while sleeping but no pain. The collagen is a wonderful product!!! Stick with it and let it work for your body. It will make a difference.
