These sports bra inserts are better than the ones that come with high-end sport bra brands like Vuori & Lululemon. These are perfectly add shape without feeling like the padding is too bulky. They are thicker than the regular thin inserts that come with the sports bras (which is what I was looking for) and they wash without losing shape (so far). Very happy with these and will buy again.
