The clear plastic is stiff, so the only not way to make it conform to your nose is to constantly hold it down/ pinch it to your nose ( which is NOT what you to do it your nose gets injured) otherwise it just falls off. The blue cubes are also rock hard….Not what I was hoping for in an ice pack specifically designed for the nose.

There is no way to hold this in place. Of very little use unless you want to hold it to your nose. I found it worthless.

It's small. When frozen it's hard and too cold and won't stay on your nose.
