Excelente instrumento
Excelente herramienta de cocina. El termómetro funciona correctamente, a diferencia de otros que he probado. Su lectura es precisa e inmediata. El material es muy resistente y fácil de lavar. Es más rígida que una miserable común, pero permite trabajar muy bien cremas, leche y chocolate. El único detalle que le encuentro es que al ser tan rígida, no logra quitar a la perfección los residuos de los recipientes. Sin embargo, es perfecta para mezclar y medir la temperatura de nuestras mezclas.

Saw this on a tik tok video and had to have it so glad I did because this is an absolute game changer! So much easier to use then just a regular candy thermometer. Especially when making things like Carmel and fudge that has to be constantly stirred.
