These work!
I love these things. They help stop or stifle my snoring very well. At least that is what my wife says. The only problem is that one of the dogs finds them and eats them. I have not heard him snore either so maybe just ingesting them works!

Not comfortable
Can't sleep thru the night without pulling them out. Nose strips work the best.

I did not want to wear them! I had to try them, my snoring was keeping the husband awake who kept waking me up...I have used the vent for 2 weeks now. We sleep like babies.

I snore pretty bad, often wake myself up at night if it's bad. Have tried breath right strips in the past, but they don't seem to do that great a job at keeping the nostrils open. I'm glad I tried these out because I really like the way they work. Much better than breath right strips. The product comes with four different sizes for different sized nostrils. The biggest size seem to be the best fit for me. The instructions say that you can trim them down if they are too long, but I think the length they come in is good for me. They are made of soft silicone and are much more comfortable to wear than I was expecting, once you put them in, they are sturdy enough to hold the nostrils open, but aren't too hard to be uncomfortable. Once I put them in, I kinda forgot I had them in. Also, as soon as I put them in, I was able to detect a noticeable difference in how much air I was able to take in through my nose. I was also worried that it would be tough to fall asleep with these in, but didn't have any problems at all. Seemed to get a better night's sleep than normal. Will continue to use these in the future for sure, was very satisfied with this product.
