Q: The picture clearly shows two different bristle patterns. What is the blue one for? Why is it different from the original heads?

Thanks for your question MP. Actually there are no differences from the 2 heads. Those are stock photos of some original head designs. All the replacement heads are exactly the same as the ones that came in the original box. The only difference is that the colors of the bristles vary at random. This is so that if there are multiple users of the same brush handle the different users can easily identify which replacement head is theirs. Hopefully this helps. Dr Jim Ellis

Q: I lost my charger! Is there any way to order just that as a replacement part?

Q: The original box came with 3 brushes, 1 was very soft and nice, the other 2 were hard. Is there a way to buy just the soft bristled ones?

I apologize about the hard bristles. They should all be soft. If replacement heads that you purchase in the future have this same issue please contact me again and I will personally resolve the issue. Dr Jim Ellis

Q: Are there any other replacement brushes that we can use?

Currently none seems to work with Dr. Jim Ellis toothbrush. I tried sony but it didn't fit.
