I run and workout and this headgear and wristband set is a fun accessory. Most of the time I use the versatile headgear as a sweatband, as it dries fast. I’ve also used it as a neck scarf on cold nights. It's made from a soft material which is pleasant to the touch. The wristbands that come with the headgear are fun and useful; they also have high-visiblity reflector patches for safer night running.

I can use comfortably because I can use as the various uses, it is good, and the elasticity is good.
