First, I gave it four stars because the ones I've bought in the past are okay, but will snap if the beater brush gets jammed on, let's say, a square of knitted material that your wife hypothetically just left in the floor. But's it's cheap, so no biggie. But here's the thing: Since all six billion Hoover Windtunnels look alike, they would appear to use the same replacement parts. Au contraire, mon amie. This, a maybe a few other Hoovers use a slightly shorter belt, which would be this one. The ad spiel that accompanies all the Hoover belts claims all of them fit every model. Don't be fooled. You vacuum probably doesn't use this belt, but if it does, any of the other replacements will be too long. Get this one. If your vacuum has remains of the origianal belt, the part number may be printed on it. That will save you much gnashing of teeth.

I tried a different belt and it was too tight and didn’t have much elasticity. I was afraid it would ruin the bearings. This belt was perfect! Just the right amount of stretch and traction for good brush spin without slip.

I had gone to Walmart to purchase a new belt for my vacuum after my teenage daughter accidentally burned the one out that came on the new vacuum. It did not fit. I looked on Amazon and found these. They arrived very quickly and fit my vacuum with no issues. It's holding strong!
