Powered wheelchairs, yes it also works on these.
I actually bought these for my TDX SP2 power wheelchair that hadn’t been used for a long time. Rather than dismantle the chair to get to the batteries which is a very time consuming process, I simply unclipped the easily accessible main battery connector, clipped this in between the 2 ends and attached that to another set of spare batteries. this tricked the wheelchair controller into thinking the batteries were of high enough voltage to charge and then I could charge the batteries using the normal charger which connects via the joystick controller. very happy with this product.
