Height Increase Insole Arch Support Breathable Shoe Insoles Heel Lift Inserts Elevator Insoles for Men Women

I was looking for height and comfort in an insole for womens shoes and I found it. I ordered all three heights (1.5, 2.5, and 3.5). I always like a bit of a heel no matter what. A 2" heel is always my sweet spot for comfort and style...even when walking miles and miles. Getting an extra 1"-1.5" in my sneakers with these wedge insoles is a dream. The 2.5 fit in all of my white sneakers (tennis shoe style, not running style)...Converse, Veja, Stan Smith, etc. I use the 1.5 in running shoes. The 3.5 are really tall but fit great in my Dr Martens boots that have laces. It's extemely hard to fit into any chelsea boots or boots without laces with any of these insoles. As for comfort, it's like walking on springy clouds. And the price is right!

I am 5' 11" and wear a size 11 shoe. These inserts fit PERFECTLY! They have a slight arch support and great for boots or running shoes. I was looking for that 6' tall look and I got it! Bought the 2.5 CM Large, but might go to the tallest for my work boots, as the tops have a comfy thin memory foam cushion and so far so good 😊 Great product and they aren't too narrow, fit my shoe perfectly! I didn't get these because I wanted to be taller, I got them because I had a pair of leather Sperrys that hit my ankle bones in a painful way and wanted a little lift to avoid that. These inserts were the perfect solution. These are great inserts but you're going to have to give them a chance beyond your initial impression (this is probably true of any heel lift). When you first put your shoes on with these inserts its going to be *really* uncomfortable. If I left a review right after my first impression I would be saying things like "these hurt my feet" and "I've stood on softer concrete floors". You have to give your shoes a chance to stretch a bit to make room for the thicker insert. For leather shoes, I suggest buying a leather stretching spray to help accelerate the stretch. I imagine any heel lift isn't going to work well in shoes made from materials that won't allow you to stretch them. Once you get everything stretched out, you'll love them. Make sure you take some measurements before picking which thickness to get. If you go too thick your heels will be falling out of the shoe. You're probably going to want to remove the original inserts before putting these in so take that into account with your measurements. Pros: - Very comfortable after the initial break in period discussed above. Not too squishy, not too hard. - These are wide enough for men's shoes. Every other heel lift insert I could find on Amazon had tons of reviews saying they were way too narrow for Men's shoe sizes. These don't have that problem. They are full width. - The advertised lift is exactly what you get (I got 2.5cm). Cons: - There is no way these will fit all the way up to Men's size 11. I wear Men's 9.5 and these fit perfectly with no trimming necessary. This worked out great for me, but if you wear 10-11 then you aren't going to be happy with these (one star deduction for false advertising) - White isn't the best color if you want them to look clean long term.

I bought these, in the hopes that I could replace an outside the shoe lift for my leg length discrepancy. 2.5cm is an inch exactly, so I had high hopes this would work out. However, it’s too squishy, it compresses a lot as you walk on it. Which, if you’re trying to correct a leg issue, isn’t the best quality to have. Now, granted I know they’re marketed as height increasers. I’d just wanted to give them a try, as I miss having more than one wearable pair of shoes at a time.

I'm a size 8 mens. I bought size 7 womens and it fit my shoe perfectly. Don't go taller than 1.5 for a running shoe. Just not enough space. With the shoe's onw insert you will get prob a 1.5 inch lift. Very comfy. Feels flat, not like heels (which is how most elevator shoes feel). Nice support.

These are by far the best height-increasing insoles. They are comfy and have arch support which most others don't.

I bought these because the shafts of my winter riding boots were too long for my calves. I was interested to see that different heights were available. I had to cut off the part under the ball of my foot for a comfortable fit. Now my boots fit AND I look taller!! 😊
