I'm loving this heating pad! I keep it out on the couch so I can use it daily. The material that it is made out of is soft and feels good against my skin. It gets good and hot. The only possible down side is how bright the power indicator is. You definitely can tell that it is on. I'm holding on to the box that it came in for storage. It is nice and small for the closet.

The media could not be loaded.  This heating pad is just the right size, heats quickly and throughly across the entire pad. The pad lacks a removable cover, which may sound like a negative, but it's washable and doesn't fall off like a cheaper model we owned previously. The only complaint I have is with the control. It has multiple buttons to operate. It's hard to control it if you're in a dark room. Other than that it's a great product that works really well.

I really did like this heating pad because it's a bit larger than the typical heating pad and it gets very hot. But like several others here, 1) It shrunk considerably after early use and, worse, 2) it only heats for 5 minutes then the heat numbers start blinking and the pad turns off. Very frustrating when using it on my pillow to help with a chronically painful neck problem..

I bought this heating pad for back paid relief and it has worked wonders. Sometimes it gets too hot and you have to reset the remote but otherwise I haven’t had any issues. I would definitely recommend!

The material was so much softer than I was expecting! The heating temperatures are perfect and they don't overheat. When in use, the temperature doesn't have that feeling of getting too hot. Also, the controller is easy to understand and to use. I'm very happy about the timer on the pad too. I think this a good investment for future aches and pains.

This is super soft. You can choose the heat intensity setting and also how long you want it to heat. It is nice and big to fit all the way across the shoulders and neck. Very nice.

1) Right out of the box, when powered up, it drew 0.62 amps regardless of power setting. (I'm an electrical engineer and measured it.) Lower power settings should draw less current. Higher power settings should draw more current. That's just the way electrical heating devices work.2) Regardless of timer setting, after a couple of minutes, current draw would go to 0 amps (stopped heating) and the power setting light would start flashing. The shortest timer option is 30 minutes. It was shutting down well before that.3) There is no mention or explanation of the flashing power level light in the owner's manual.4) It's almost impossible to find the brand name on the box. It only appears in tiny print on a small white adhesive label stuck crookedly to the side of the box. In their defense, if I sold a product of such poor quality, I'd hide my brand name as well.It was of such poor quality, that I decided not to try to get a replacement unit sent. I just returned it.
