Great customer service!
I received a defective steamer initially, but this company has excellent customer service. They contacted me immediately and sent me a new steamer very quickly. The new one works very well; now I understand all of the positive reviews! Its small (smaller than my iron), which is nice for travel or if you have less storage space in your home. I absolutely hate ironing and often opt to throw dress shirts into the dryer with a handfull of ice cubes instead of busting out the iron. This is a nice compromise- it heats up very quickly and one tankfull of water was plenty to get the wrinkles out of 3-4 dress shirts. I will post a photo with the before & after of a shirt to give you an idea of how well it gets out the wrinkles. Im very happy with it.Original review:Im so confused by any positive reviews of this product. Its awful. When it heats up if you dont use it immediately it spits steam everywhere and makes a giant mess. It handles small wrinkles, but not significant wrinkles. This definitely wont replace ironing, which is what I was hoping to use it for. Its a waste of money.

Perfection!
Easy to use - Fill water to the line, turn it on, wait for it to start hissing... Voila, steam away. Bad habit NOW, I leave my clothes in the dryer while I head to bed KNOWING I have this magic gadget to plug in and easily removes my wrinkles - Works perfection for my work dresses, pants, kimono's even my jean jacket!

Pleasantly Surprised:)
Got this as a lightning deal as i have been wanting a steamer for clothes for quite sometime. This was was cheap enough but usually that comes with bad reviews that would keep me from making the leap. This one was under $20 and decided to give it a try. Got it a few days ago tried it on a few different fabric types today and it worked on all 3 fabrics. Cotton/cotton blend/poly, the steamer heats quick, it basically is a hot pot that boils water fast and has a focused nozzle. I was able to do 2 shirts plus some steam cleaning of problem corner in shower on a tank. It runs through water fast, I used distilled water since i have it on hand during winter for humidifier. It worked well, For what you pay it is easily worth every dollar spent. It straighten out well the cotton and the poly were both out of the wash about a week ago and quite bad in the wrinkle department. If you have reasonable expectations i would recommend this. I would not nor have i used a 100+ dollar model, but compared to my iron, it was not as good as obviously pressing your clothes but it got out some deep wrinkles fast and no iron, no iron board.Con: it has on off switch, would like to have seen a trigger on it to moderate the steam coming out. When it is steaming it is steaming there is no way to set it aside without turning it off so it will steam off all the water quick. Which also means it could be a burn hazard if you have pets or kids make sure they stay safe distance away as you would now want them to get burned. Other than that I have no complaints. I have only used it 1 time, 3 tanks. So I do not have any say on the longevity of the device yet. Was able to use it to knock out some of the problem corners in the shower from some mildew as well which was great.Lost the star due to there being no trigger to release steam. It is always on or off.

EASY SIMPLE GREAT FOR TRAVEL AND IN PLACE OF IRON!
I wasn’t sure if I would like this or use it but it has quickly become an everyday item for me. I use it to touch up my scrubs before I go to work and I recently traveled to a wedding using it to get the wrinkles out of my dress. My husband was so impressed he asked me to do his suit (a first!)! It works great, heats up fast and easy to use. One complaint is the resivoir is a little small so fine for travel amd one items but if planning to steam more than. One or two things will have to refill and wait for it to heat back up. I’m already investigating a bigger version... plan to use this one for travel though.

does its job but what's impeccable is the customer service
I got this steamer and was very excited because I hate ironing and I feel like steamers get the job done just as well. This is a decent steamer for what you pay for. It's not too big but it still manages to get wrinkles out of my clothes though for some synthetic fabrics that may be tougher and may require more time (which is expected though). After about 5-6 uses, however, my steamer stopped working. The handle would heat up and become too hot to hold and it would leak water on my clothes. At that point I sent a message to the company and they sent me a new steamer, no questions asked, and responded within an hour on Christmas Eve!!!! Talk about amazing customer service. They didn't even ask me to send the defective steamer back. I am going to start using the steamer soon and will update if anything else comes up. I'll also upload photos when I get the chance.Overall, this is a trustworthy and very responsible company and even though the first product I received ended up defective, they owned up to it and sent a replacement within an hour of receiving my message. Props to them!!! It's sometimes hard around to come such impressive ethic within brands these days.

It does the job
I bought this steamer to steam stuff in college in place of an iron, and all I can say is: it does the job. It definitely steams and gets wrinkles out, and for a nice price. However, it smells and has a weird residue inside. I'm not sure if its because of tap water additives or what, but it is pretty gross. Also, it doesn't hold that much water and really easily spills, which is quite dangerous because it gets REALLY hot. Overall though, if you need a cheap steamer and aren't steaming a ton of clothes at once, its okay.
