Honestly I was really surprised by this. My feet will sweat a lot and the moisture sits in my shoe and it smells just awful. As soon as I’d put new socks on they’d have that stench engrained in their fibers after an hour of walking. These inserts make my foot vomit smell like a sweet Hungarian bakery. It really does absorb the moisture too. Now I look forward to taking my shoes off so I can smell the fresh cinnamon scent of victory.The texture is weird to get used to at first. The cinnamon side points up and is what your foot rests on. It feels like your walking on sand or cinnamon grit but that’s just the mesh texture. You’re not getting gritty bits in your sock. You’re safe. I just grit and bear it and now i don’t even notice it so if you’re concerned about the way it feels give it a couple days of wearing.Other than that I have to say this product really surprised me and I’m happy I got it. I love cinnamon. Now I can eat my Cinnamon Toast Crunch while enjoying my cinnamon toe’s funk - the smell you can taste!

I wouldn't have believed it but when its good its good. Notices improvement after first 4 hours of use. Stink sneakers, slippers, and shoes solved - highly recommend !
