I have so many of these. (They come two per box, btw). I use them often for my rheumatoid arthritis pain in m hands but I'm giving a low/medium rating because they are such a pain to wrap on. The elastic bands are way too long and the ice cuffs are slightly too short. It's tricky getting the cuff to stay wrapped while to untangle the bands and wrap them around. UGH. And I have very very thin wrists. Also, they are so thin, which keeps them soft and flexible to wrap, but the coldness is very short, maybe 5-10 min.. I can deal with that as long as I keep six in the freezer.

These little ice packs were the perfect size to wrap around my hand and/or fingers. I love that it comes in a two pack as well, so you can continually rotate out coldest one.

In the description it says cold and hot therapy. This product does not suggest using it for hot therapy.

I needed a small wrap for my index finger. This wrap is a great size and works great! Some other reviews talked about it not staying cold for long. I solved that by having spares in the freezer. Works great. The wraps aren’t very big so they are going to get warm quicker. Overall it just what I needed. Recommend them and would buy again

The gel was so thin it only stayed cold for a few seconds. No help with pain relief.

This worked great for me after thumb surgery. The fingers are hard to keep ice around. I liked the Velcro strap to keep the ice in place.

I have swelling especially on my joint due to arthritis and got this specifically with high hopes of easing the pain. This comes with sectionalized gel packs, I guess meant for each finger. It has good velcro support, too long I should say for wrapping around the finger. However, I prefer long rather than coming up short. The length of each pack is just right for the size of my fingers.However, this is what I am disappointed in.The heat or coldness does not last long enough to ease the pain in my finger jointsIt did not come with the sleeve though it says it did and that the instructions tell you to have a protection for the skinWrapping thai around the four fingers does not actually touch the joints as I want it to do because once you put the velcro around, it sort of creates gaps.Is there one that includes the thumb or thumb base as well?It is OK but disappointed in my expectation of what it can or should do to ease some pain.
