Works like they say
this is a nice little item to have if you just want to keep a door shut.I suggest you find a place to use screws as the double sided tape stuff they send with it lets go easily, there are four screw holes built to use so if you need to only put two in you can.i would also advise on making sure the door has some cushion inside the door jam as placement of them can make the door slam is someone just opens the door fully and lets go.

Great product and makes sure my freezer door stays closed!
Great product. Easy to install and it ensures my freezer door stays closed. Before I installed this I lost all my frozen meat because the door was slightly open. I wish I knew there was an inexpensive option to help make sure the door closed all the way before that happened. It would have saved me a lot of money.

Thin cable
Worked well … but the second time the cable broke while opening … I am super concerned that it could have hurt someone

Love it
Was kinda skeptical at first decided to try them out and they work great, the door is a lil harder to push open but we can adjust to that!

They pull the door to, but they don't CLOSE it
I bought this product because I want my doors to be closed. I don't want the air conditioning pouring out, not the heat and insects coming in. It is advertised as a door closer, but it only pulls the door to, it's too weak to snap the door closed. A gap is left between the door and the outside. So the AC leaks out, insects get in, and any animal or person can simply push the door to open it and walk in. You can see the door is a bit ajar so just give it a push if you want to let yourself in.I bought a different door closer from a different company (Ideas in Motion) a while ago and it completely closes the door every time. Both products look very similar in shape and size, but the other product wasn't available when I was looking and didn't come in a 3 pack. But now I have 3 of something that doesn't complete the job.

They are perfect for indoor doors, but they are not strong enough to close outside doors.
These are a great invention! I have to admit I was hoping there was something like this when I started looking and was surprised to see these existed. I read the other reviews and they sounded like they would work for me. I was hoping to allow my dog to come into the house (if he was outside and the door wasn't latched) by pushing on it with his nose, and then have these close the door behind him. I didn't really care whether the door latched or not, just close enough to not let in all the bugs or let out all the heat. One of these closers did not work to close the door, and I was a little frustrated, but I noticed the sticky had 2 hooks for the loop to attach to, so I stacked another door closer on top of the first one and hooked them both up. That worked!! The door is heavy, and one just wouldn't pull it shut. So, you may need to stack these if you have a door that is heavier. (I would not think these would work for sliding doors at all. They simply aren't strong enough, but they will pull a swinging door closed if it's not too heavy.)When you stack them, you will need to use screws though, and not count on the stickies to work because they will slide eventually. Maybe if I put them side by side instead of one on top of the other, the sticky might work, but I'm not sure. I ended up screwing them into the door.Anyway, in the end, they work for me. I have another door of the same weight that I need to set up like this, but I only have one of these left. I either need to purchase more or try a different method. I like that I can unhook the loops very easily if I need to leave the door open for some reason. The other door closers seem like a more permanent install and don't look easy to change. I will probably just get more of these. Oh, and it took my dog a very short amount of time to realize the door was pushing back, but that he could still 'nose' his way in, but he weighs over 100 lbs, so this might not work for a little dog.
