Bad Dawg wanted a different more aggressive look just like our RZR 1000 Front Bumper and for the trail models it was slightly shortened so that the steer tires do not rub while trail riding or being aggressive on the everyday jumps. Bad Dawg’s new square tube bumper is made of 2X2 Heavy duty American Steal and comes with a built in winch plate that will hold up to a 4500 lb winch. This bumper also features mounts for a 10” LED Light bar (Light bar sold seperatly).

Not at a $350 level !
Item design and appearance is very nice, unique and aggressively styled. However, the manufacturer is so backed up with orders that they are rushing production and the quality control just isn't there. First off welds are very novice level looking and were not cleaned up or body filled at all prior to powder coating. For a $350 item I expect that the welds should have a clean factory look, and if not, should be filled with body filler to make it look seamless, also welding spatter was left all over every connection and powder coated right over. Again not indicative of a $350 item. Second the item came to me with approximately 10% of the leading edge surfaces having the powder coat already chipped off down to the metal !! No excuse or reason for that to be that way unless you're hurrying production and there isn't any quality control. Lastly the seller lists that they have x amount available for purchase but this is false, they are not in hand and are drop shipped from the manufacturer, so they don't really know when they will become available and you have to sit and wait until Bad Dawg catches up on their orders and sends one to you. Much longer wait than a seller listing that they have the items in hand, you purchase it, then they send it, which is the appearance that is given. Overall the product is not worth $350 with the rushed effort that is made to crank these out of the shop for sale, also check with the seller first to make sure they actually have one in possession before ordering or you might have to wait 2-4 weeks to receive it.

The bumper looks nice and the winch and 12 in
The bumper looks nice and the winch and 12 in. LED light fit good. Only problem is that I could not get the bumper to square up with my RZR 900. It sits off to one side about an inch. Also the winch mount slopes down. Poor quality control. I might be the only one that notices it but I see it every time I look. Other than that the bumper is sturdy.
