You get 500 pages worth of Jumble, but these puzzles weren't written by the guys who supply the ones that show up in the paper everyday. These guys are named Hoyt, as opposed to Arnold, etc.The format is different, and it lacks a personal touch. It feels like a Jumble textbook. Instead of a picture, some scrambled words, and a punny solution, you get a theme, like plants, and words to unscramble. The mystery answer is also still there, in addition to fun facts and clues, which I didn't especially appreciate. What's the fun in unscrambling if you get a boost? I always saw Jumble as an independent game.There's also other Jumble formats, like crosswords, wordsearch, etc.But be warned. This isn't the usual stuff. It's a Jumble trail mix that doesn't taste quite the same.If you like unscrambling words in general, you'll love this book. It will last a long time and provide hours of satisfaction. It's thick, and the font is pretty big, making it (literally) easy on the eyes. Plus, on average, this book fits more scrambled words on each page than the classic Jumble. In a way, you are getting more for your money.But if you're looking for the classic Jumble by Henri Arnold et al., which I was, this isn't it.

Love my jumble books. I'm 64 and my adult kids thought I was getting squirrely. Doing these really helped me. My memory is improving and can more easily say the correct word.

My mother loves the Jumble books. This one is great because it has 500 puzzles. She enjoys doing all the different puzzles. They are well done and they are challenging but not frustrating to solve. They provide many hours of fun for her. Would highly recommend.

would like more variation to puzzle selections, puzzle topics seemed to repeat too much. liked the style of the previous jumbo jumble book issue I had, "classic, daily, challenger".

We found these puzzles to be entertaining and satisfying (because they are not too easy) to work through. Will be watching for the next edition.

This is a great book for those who love word scrambles...........and then a puzzle. My 94 year old father does these all day! can't get enough of them, I'll have to say I am addicted also.

I recommend these puzzle books especially if you like this type of puzzle and have a hard time seeing small print. these are large print, one puzzle to a page and kind of fun.
